CONDITION

This accessory is on Very Good to Excellent condition.  The cover of the guidebook shows some creasing and light notching, corner  wear and is a bit scuffed.   The inside of the book and the pad of forms show only the lightest of edgewear, the pages are clean, white and crisp.  This copy comes in a two pocket manilla folder, to keep the book and the pad together and in good shape.
