CONDITION
This
fantastic guide is in Good to Very Good condition.
The cover shows heavy wear all over, including scuffing,
creasing, edge and corner wear (see scan above). The original
owners initials are
in pencil inside the front cover. The inside shows
moderate wear to the corners and edges. Other than two very small
discolorations it is very clean and nice. Unfortunately someone has
removed the map from the book poorly. The map is not included.

fantastic guide is in Fair to Good condition.
The cover shows heavy wear all over, including scuffing,
creasing, edge and corner wear. The spine has a tear at the top,
but is not broken. The inside shows heavy corner and
edge wear, a discoloration along the bottom of twenty or so pages, but
is clean of writing or other marks. The poster map of Waterdeep
is not included.

The cover shows scuffing,
creasing one large crease at the corner), edge and corner wear, and
there is a notch at the top of the front. The inside shows
moderate corner and
edge wear, a very creased page (probably from the printer), but
is clean of writing or other marks. The poster map of Waterdeep
is in Good condition, it has been removed poorly and has excessive wear
at some of the folds including some small areas where it has torn
through. The map is clean and the colors are vibrant.
