From the Shadows  is designed for Advanced  Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition.   It can be easily adapted for AD&D 1st edition or even for D&D.   From the Shadows will challenge characters of levels 9-12.  This is the first of two adventures featuring Azalin and Strahd, it is followed by Roots of Evil but it can also be played as a stand alone adventure.  Authored by Bruce Nesmith it was published in 1992.  Included in this tango with terror are complete floorplans for Azalin's home, Castle Avernus!

SYNOPSIS

The Grand Conjunction is coming!

And all the lands and lords of Ravenloft will be set free upon the realms of man. Azalin the lich is not one to let this opportunity slip by.  He sits in Castle Avernus, hatching his plots.  All he needs is a few dead bodies.  Fortunately there is a party of adventurers nearby...

CONDITION

This terrifying module is in Very Good/Excellent condition.  The cover has some corner creases, and creases along the fold.  The inside has slight corner rounding, and one corner is bent.  The poster map shows some wear at the folds.  There are no marks of any kind.
