We will normally respond to your order within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We will certainly respond within 72 hours at the latest. If you have not heard back from us within 72 hours your e-mail or order must have been intercepted by a cybergoblin. Please e-mail us again. If we are closed at any time other than weekends and holidays, we will post an announcement on our Home page at www.deigames.com
We strive for a higher level of service than most online stores, so if we are out of stock on an item, we will e-mail to ask whether you would like to substitute another item, or receive a refund for that item. Please check your e-mail after ordering. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours we will in some cases substitute another similar item. If you have ordered an older (pre-3e) out of print item, we will only substitute better condition copies of the same item, if we don't have a better copy and we don't hear back from you, we will issue a refund.
We will respond to your order with a copy of your invoice including shipping costs, please check it to ensure that your address and order are correct.

We will confirm orders via e-mail, including total cost, usually within 24 hours. We will hold your item for 10 days after confirming your order, if we have not received payment at that time, it will be put back up for sale (other people want this stuff, you know!) All prices are subject to change without notice.
We will accept: personal checks (allow 10 working days for clearance), money orders, cashier's checks, and PayPal. Sorry, no COD's. Make all checks payable to DEI. All prices are in US $ and do not include shipping costs.

Shipping Information Domestic
Items shipped within the USA , including territories and military APO and FOP addresses lighter than 1 pound, including packing materials can be sent Priority Mail. Items up to 1 pound will be $5.00. This charge includes Priority Mail shipping, Delivery Confirmation, materials and a very small handling charge. This also includes DEI’s very special insurance. If your package is lost, just let us know and if the Post Office does not show that it was delivered, we will replace the item if possible, or send you a full refund.
We can also ship First Class on very small orders, or Media Mail for printed materials for less, but on rare occasions it can be very slow.
* Since our local UPS drop-off location charges an additional $3.00 for their services, this charge will be added to any order shipped UPS.
The shipping cost goes by the dollar amount of your purchase, so, if your order is up to $9.99, the shipping is $5.00. If your order totals $10.00 to $39.99, the shipping is $7.00. A $99.00 order would cost 12.00 for shipping, $199.00 would be $15.00 and anything over that $17.00. Most items will be shipped by Priority Mail
