If you have chosen Check or Money Order as your payment preference, you will receive a printable copy of your invoice in PDF format, please print it and send it along with your payment.
If you have chosen to pay by PayPal, you will receive a copy of your invoice in PDF format, and a separate PayPal invoice to assure easy payment.
