This box set is in Fair to Very Good condition.  The box has seen better days, the top is dented in, the corners of the top are torn and have been repaired with tape, the bottom corners are starting to go.  It is also scuffed, scratched and dinged (see scan above), but with some more tape will still store the contents well.  The contents are, on the average, in  Very Good condition.  The 8 cardstock accessory sheets are a bit bowed, and have some corner wear.  The 4 poster maps are very clean but have pin holes in each of the corners and the folds show heavy wear, they have split in a couple of places and have some discolorations on the backs.  The Campaign Guide and Adventures books have light scuffing to the covers, creases at the binding, and moderate corner rounding. Both books are a bit wavy as if they had been stored in a damp place, but there is no mildew odor.  The insides of the books are clean and unmarked.  The 8 Monstrous Compendium pages are missing.
