This copy is in Very Good to Good condition.  The cover shows light  wear including a few small scratches and discolorations, bent and rounded corners and a very small notch at the binding.  The inside is slightly grey with age, has some edge wear and corner rounding and one page has some large, light ink smudges (including a partial fingerprint), if not for the smudges it would be excellent.
