Dungeons and Dragons

This module was intended for solo play.   It originally came with a "magic pen"  which revealed "hidden" text blocks depending on your choice of actions.  It was intended for one person to play by themselves.  Over time, the revealed entries fade and become unreadable, and the pens dry out.  If you can't read all of the entries in your copy,  The Blizzard Pass Project at: http://www.angelfire.com/games/blizzardspass/   or http://acaeum.com/ddindexes/modpages/msolo1txt.html can help with the missing entries.

SYNOPSIS

The storm sweeps off the mountaintops without warning, as if conjured by some supernatural power. Within minutes, huge drifts of snow have halted the caravan, and the snow falls so hard it is impossible to see more than five feet. You huddle next to the sledge, trying to shelter your numb face from the icy winds.

A dozen half-human forms march into view out of the raging blizzard. The little man-things carry wooden spears or long, unsheathed swords in bony, gnarled hands. Their blood-red eyes quickly fall upon your sledge and the ugly creatures turn toward your hiding place.

Will you survive to uncover the secret of Blizzard Pass?

This module contains all you need to solve the riddle of Blizzard Pass, including 14 maps,  a complete solo adventure, a pre-rolled character, and an outline for group play. It should also include an invisible ink marking pen, but very few of these modules still have the pen with them.

CONDITION

 This module is in Good condition.  The cover shows heavy wear to the corners and edges, and creases, there is some discoloration on one of the maps inside (magic pen, perhaps).  The inside shows moderate wear, corners rounded and damaged and is very clean.  Many of the entries have been exposed and the pen is missing.

 This module is in Good condition.  The cover shows heavy wear, the corners are crushed and damaged, there are creases at the fold, scuffing, and a small pencil note and staple rust discolorations on the inside.  The adventure book shows light wear, creased and damaged corners and the pregenerated character has been written on in pencil.  Many of the entries have been exposed and the pen is missing.
