This somewhat rare accessory is designed for the Dungeons and Dragons game.  Although it can easily be adapted for AD&D First or Second Edition.  The Grand Duchy of Karameikos was published in 1987 and was the very first of the Gazetteers printed. This 64-page gazetteer contains a complete historical, economic, geographical, and sociological overview of the Grand Duchy of Karameikos.  Includes entries and maps of the major cities and towns as well as information on the important figures in the Duchy.
