SYNOPSIS
Dragonspear Castle is well known for hundreds of miles around.  Once a proud castle, it now stands in ruins.  Rumors have it that in ages past, there was a great battle against the orcs and trolls that had occupied the castle.  After the battle a temple to ward against further evil was established.  By the Time of Troubles the temple and its clergy had disappeared, and rumor that a portal to the sinister planes was now to be found in the castle emerged.  Now the rumor has been proven, as a horde of fiends and monsters has massed at Dragonspear Castle, and is terrorizing the countryside.  Is your party the reinforcements that the army of Daggerford needs, or just more fiend fodder?
