Here and wealth and goods from every corner of the Realms, intrigue and feuds and important personages of rank and influence. From the many-spired towers of Piergeiron's Palace to the living, ever-changing city of Waterdeep, and suggests many adventures therein.

This accessory is in Good condition. The cover is in Good condition showing heavy wear including scuffing, edge wear, corner rounding, and creases at the fold. The adventure book has heavy corner rounding, light edge wear and staple rust. 4 of the coats of arms have been nicely colored in and there are a few stray pen marks. This copy is missing the fold out map, but surely those of you that DM the Realms have a map of the area!
