It can be easily adapted for use with AD&D Second Edition or for D&D. This printing contains TWO modules originally published as D1 Descent into the Depths of the Earth and D2 Shrine of the Kuo-Toa. It continues a series of seven modules that begins with Against the Giants (G1-G2-G3) and culminates with Q1 Queen of the Demonweb Pits. Gary Gygax, one of the creators of the Dungeons & Dragons game, authored this series. Descent into the Depths of the Earth will challenge characters of levels 9-14. CONDITIONThe cover of this classic module is in Very Good condition with moderate corner rounding, creases at the fold and scuffing all over. The maps on the interior show some notes in pen and some highlighting, all neat and appropriate. The inner cover is in Excellent condition with light corner rounding. The adventure book is also in Very Good condition with moderate corner rounding, and overall light use. There are some notes on the maps and some highlighting of the text.

CONDITION
This copy is in Good to Very Good condition. The outer cover is in Good condition showing heavy corner rounding, creases at the fold, and scuffing at the edges. It is lightly scuffed all over, and has a small tear at the top. There is a black smear on the underdark map, but it doesn't obscure anything. The inner cover is in Very Good condition with light corner rounding and creases at the top of the fold. The adventure book has a bad case of staple rust, a discoloration on pages 18 & 19, and the lower right hand corner is a but chewed. There is no writing.

CONDITION
This copy is in Fair to Good condition. The outer cover is in Fair condition showing heavy corner rounding, creases at the fold, and scuffing. There is a large surface tear on the back, and a couple of smaller ones. There is a tear at the top of the fold which is spreading across the front, and the bottom of the fold is split. The maps on the inside are very nice. The inner cover shows heavy corner rounding and creases at the fold, and moderate edge wear. The adventure book has moderate corner rounding and edge wear, and a few stray pencil marks. It also features illustrations that have been enhanced with colored pencil on the cover page and throughout. I thought some of it was quite nice.
