CONDITION

This fantastic atlas is in Good condition.  The cover shows moderate scuffing, heavy at the edges (see scan above), the corners are creased and rounded, the edges are very worn at the bottom and there are surface tears on the front and a few small discolorations.  The inside has some surface tears and two very small holes in the first page, one corner is creased all the way through, some pages are a bit notched, and there is a large discoloration along the edges, really only noticeable when closed.  Most of the pages are crisp and white, and there is still a lot of enjoyment left in this book.
