We live on eighty acres of the most wonderful land in Colorado (of course we admit to being a bit biased), so occasionally we need to dig an irrigation ditch or return visiting livestock to their proper location and rebuild the fence so that they stay there. These tasks just can't be left to our Guard Orks. They're just so unreliable. The last time they were entrusted to return the neighbor's cattle they ended up eating them all. The cattle. Not the neighbors. It was two weeks before we saw them again! It seems that inevitably the phone rings while we are out, so if you call please leave a brief message (if it's too long our dimwitted answering machine will garble it), including your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within a few hours. If you would rather, you can always e-mail us with your phone number and a good time to call and we will get back to you at your convenience. If you e-mail we will get back to you within 48-72 hours Monday through Friday, and possibly even on the weekends. We have been avoiding using an auto responder because we feel that they are impersonal and generally unhelpful, but that may change. If you are writing to us about a wish list item it may take a little longer for us to get back to you. We will always try to locate the item you are interested in before responding. We try to game on Sundays, so we usually don't answer e-mails or otherwise conduct business, but there will be exceptions. The same applies to most holidays.

We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your payment to let you know when your order will ship. We live in a rural area so sometimes the shipping, whether we use the U.S. Mail or some other method can be a bit unusual, but we will let you know in advance of any extra charges or delays.

PLEASE NOTE: The Post Office does not guarantee arrival times. If you need your order by a certain date we recommend that you have it shipped via UPS. It will be more expensive, but, if you choose anything but Ground service they do guarantee arrival time.

We stand by all of our products and if you are the least bit disappointed please let us know and we will do our utmost to make it right. We both spent many years in the Service Industry in Santa Fe, New Mexico during it's heyday, so we believe in "Service with a Smile" If you have any special request or need please don't hesitate to ask! We will do anything within reason to please you, and will only charge you any actual costs involved, never a "service charge". We also offer gift wrapping at a slight charge and free enclosure cards for gifts, so just ask.
