CONDITION

This copy is in Very Good to Fair condition.  The cover shows heavy corner rounding and wear, moderate creases at the binding and some light scuffing.  The inside has a price in pencil on the cover page, and two pages have the corners folded.  It would be in very good condition if pages 121-126 had not been cut out and replaced with copies.
